Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and prioritize emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors through 2030
- Develop and communicate strategic narratives that align organizational capabilities with future opportunities
- Design speculative scenarios and stress-test business models against potential futures
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or scenario planning projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
