- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging threats and disruptive opportunities
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a future-proofing framework for organizational resilience
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated market shifts
- Publish thought leadership reports on industry transformation trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and exponential trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (generative AI, Web3, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling skills
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
