Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and growth
- Partner with R&D to incubate future-focused initiatives and moonshot projects
- Produce executive-level foresight reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-state innovation
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental megatrends affecting global markets
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptation to emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of socio-technical systems and behavioral economics
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
