Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing technologies and business models
- Conduct high-impact stakeholder workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future roadmaps
- Author annual Innovation Horizons Report with data-driven predictions for key industry verticals
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through strategic partnerships
- Mentor R&D teams in translating future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends: AGI, quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile innovation environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
