Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product innovations
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2030 societal challenges
- Author forward-looking white papers influencing industry policy and investment
- Build and mentor a dedicated foresight team using scenario planning methodologies
- Represent the company at global futurist summits and tech policy forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-ready frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-proof solutions
