As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts in biotech, AI ethics, sustainable infrastructure, and human augmentation. Your work will directly influence $500M+ R&D investments and shape our next-generation product ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain proprietary horizon-scanning frameworks for 2026-2030 technology convergence
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with quantitative trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and innovation labs
- Design and execute foresight experiments using synthetic biology simulation platforms
- Present findings to executive board and investor committees with data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodology development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation consulting
- Published research in exponential technologies or scenario planning methodologies
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, custom Python models)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate adaptation tech
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (Shell, OECD, custom)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercialization foresight projects
- Fluency in strategic communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders
