Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology consulting

- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with Python/R for predictive modeling
