Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging trends through 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite on disruptive technologies
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing and neurotech advancements
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Author thought leadership on ethical AI governance and climate-resilient systems
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design methodologies
- Secure $5M+ in future-focused R&D grants and partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in technological forecasting with published case studies
- Proven success in translating future trends to executable business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (preferred)
