As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to anticipate disruptions in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable systems. You'll translate complex foresight into competitive advantage through scenario planning, patent strategy, and ecosystem development.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies and market shifts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario simulations for executive decision-making
- Build innovation pipelines through partnerships with startups, academia, and R&D centers
- Drive adoption of future-ready frameworks across product development and operations
- Mentor teams in foresight methodologies and strategic foresight competencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
