Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, sociocultural shifts, and economic indicators to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations to navigate disruption and capitalize on future opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations for executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify paradigm-shifting innovations
- Mentor junior strategists and champion future literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or strategy publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, CFP) strongly preferred
