Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging tech and societal trends through horizon scanning and predictive modeling
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations to navigate 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive stakeholders
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proof principles into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields
