Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce quarterly trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Design organizational adaptation strategies for technological disruption
- Present future outlooks to investors, clients, and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and market dynamics
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIF) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling frameworks
