- Analyze global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate adaptation, digital transformation) to inform R&D priorities
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and future-state simulations
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and market readiness
- Partner with venture teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startup opportunities
- Author thought leadership positioning InnovateHorizon as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of published future-state analyses or innovation frameworks
