- Develop and publish quarterly Future State Briefs for executive stakeholders
- Architect the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligning R&D investments with market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research labs and academic institutions
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to the Innovation Board with data-backed confidence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Deep expertise in futures research methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
