Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 10-year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for emerging tech validation
- Design organizational adaptation protocols for quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our FutureVision Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating long-term trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and probabilistic modeling
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-strategy implementation
