Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, biotech, quantum computing, or sustainable energy
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
