Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast industry shifts by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for exponential innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track innovation maturity and market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Pioneer thought leadership through white papers, conferences, and industry publications
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, CFS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry journals or platforms
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technological contexts
