Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ landscape
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for organizational adaptation to disruptive innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging industries
- Present actionable recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
