Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) to forecast 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients facing exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable roadmaps
- Author high-impact foresight reports published in industry-leading journals
- Advise on innovation ecosystems and market positioning for emerging technologies
- Build proprietary trend-detection frameworks using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation domains
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) required
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend-prediction accuracy
