Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global technological, economic, and social trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with future market demands
- Author thought leadership publications and present findings at global innovation forums
- Advise executive leadership on investment opportunities in emerging domains
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published author or frequent speaker at WEF, TED, or similar high-impact platforms
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Trend Impact Analysis)
