Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience, quantum computing) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive technological shifts and societal transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused innovation priorities
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' strategic reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, biotech innovation, or climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting complex scenarios to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
