- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present futuristic vision frameworks to C-suite executives and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence to maintain first-mover advantage
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists to foster future-focused thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps that delivered measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and their market implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders and boards
- Certification in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related innovation methodologies preferred
