- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation and business evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for integration
- Design resilience strategies for volatile future environments
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in forespace or innovation domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
