Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future market opportunities
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and scenario-planning reports for executive stakeholders
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry publications
- Mentor junior strategists and cross-functional teams on future-oriented methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and global audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology journals preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly desired
