Responsibilities
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through 2026 and beyond
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Design scenario-planning models for technological adoption and societal impact
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry pioneers
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning our brand
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and data visualization skills
- Experience with futures methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0, horizon scanning)
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech or strategy publications
