- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on 2026 technology adoption roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for investor relations and board presentations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts and innovation partners
- Quantify future opportunities using predictive modeling and scenario analysis
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating complex futures into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating future scenarios
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
