Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions with real-world impact
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive scenario planning for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, renewable energy)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
- Exceptional data analysis and trend-visualization capabilities
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and technological boundaries
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, journals)
