Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and predictive analytics for C-level decision-making
- Champion human-centered design principles in future-state solution prototyping
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights at premier industry conferences and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills with data-driven insights
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategic initiatives with measurable impact
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
