Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
- Experience with Delphi methods and expert elicitation techniques
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects for Fortune 500 clients
