As a key member of our Global Foresight Council, you'll leverage data-driven insights to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps, ensuring Nexus remains ahead of disruption in an exponentially evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Forecast disruptive trends across tech, society, and markets for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce trend reports using quantitative modeling and qualitative ethnography
- Advise product development teams on emerging technology integration
- Build and curate a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Proven experience translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar preferred
