Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic shifts through 2030
- Develop proprietary frameworks for anticipating and capitalizing on emerging market disruptions
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions in our innovation labs
- Deliver executive briefings on paradigm shifts affecting global business ecosystems
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or bio-integration
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling executive narratives
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented future-state initiatives
