- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for future disruptions
- Identify and quantify market opportunities in nascent tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with compelling data visualizations
- Build and lead a future-focused innovation task force
- Monitor global tech policy developments and geopolitical trends affecting innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on tech trends (2018-2023)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., from World Future Society or similar)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in business, technology, or futures studies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
- Experience building innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
