- Design strategic roadmaps integrating sustainability and human-centric innovation principles
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year deployment horizons
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on transformative trends
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent company at global futurism summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Millennium Project, Futures Wheel)
