Responsibilities

- Translate foresight into actionable business strategies aligned with corporate vision
- Present visionary frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Champion experimental initiatives bridging future concepts with current market realities
- Build and lead a dedicated foresight team of trend analysts and scenario planners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Deep understanding of behavioral economics and societal transformation patterns
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario visualization capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in future trends or strategic innovation
