Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption vectors and consumer behavior shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen products and service ecosystems
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and bio-convergence trends to inform strategic investments
- Present foresight frameworks to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling and scenario modeling
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture emerging paradigms
- Mentor teams in futures literacy methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Drive ESG integration into long-term innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record translating emerging tech (quantum, AGI, neurotech) into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling frameworks
- Published thought leadership in futures journals or industry white papers
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or relevant innovation methodology preferred
