- Author trend reports and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented solutions
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published work on technology disruption or societal transformation
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
