Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030

- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into operational roadmaps
- Author whitepapers on metaverse governance and AGI alignment protocols
- Build scenario models for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and Web3.0 ecosystems
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists using proprietary trend-forecasting algorithms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system modeling for Fortune 500 clients
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
