Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Author strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present findings to investors and board members with data-driven narratives
- Maintain the Horizon Intelligence database with real-time trend monitoring
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities using tools like Tableau
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology journals
- Experience with Delphi methodology and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Demonstrated ability to translate foresight into executable business strategies
