Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technology ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional task forces to prototype and validate 2026-vision concepts
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design human-centered innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 partners
- Present visionary strategies to executive boards and investor summits
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote speeches
- Mentor next-generation futurists in our innovation incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio of implemented future-vision initiatives
