- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate 2026-viable product ecosystems
- Monitor global innovation hubs and pioneer-first-mover advantages
- Represent company at futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic drivers of change
