Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from 50+ emerging tech domains to identify 2026 inflection points
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum-AI-biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 3-5 year strategic vectors
- Author quarterly 'Future State' briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation velocity and market readiness
- Represent company at Davos-level futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published work on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning tools
- Experience translating technical concepts into C-level narratives
- Track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
