- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports for C-suite stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Integrate future-focused insights into product roadmaps, R&D priorities, and market entry strategies
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental megatrends with predictive modeling capabilities
- Drive innovation culture through internal 'Future Labs' and employee foresight training programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and societal shifts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP from APF) or equivalent professional credentials
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision projects with measurable impact
