Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' foresight reports for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future thinking into organizational DNA
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic variables affecting long-term business strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or technology forecasting
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in future studies or business strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
