Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends through 2026 using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum adoption, AI governance, and climate tech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof business models
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging tech impacts (Web4, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Advantage portfolio companies on 2026-readiness through innovation audits and gap analysis
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor junior futurists on trend synthesis and strategic communication
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, tech innovation, or emerging markets
- Expertise in trend forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, Wired, etc.)
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools for trend analysis (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 2020+ technology transitions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP preferred)
- Portfolio of 2026-focused projects or publications
