Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps and strategic frameworks
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable tech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario planning documents
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and partnership opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Exceptional analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems and research institutions
