Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize 2026+ technological and societal trends
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable innovation
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and disruptor landscapes

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-year+ strategic implementations
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
