Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI and climate-positive innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on 2026 technology adoption pathways
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, space tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Author white papers and thought leadership on societal impacts of exponential technologies
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire 2026-era startups
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Present future scenarios to global stakeholders at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of commercializing exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI, or space tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term technology disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 2020+ technology predictions and implementations
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
