Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Vision strategic roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging disruptors and scenario-plan for 2026 market conditions
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into innovation pipelines and product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs and adjust strategic priorities in real-time
- Author thought leadership content positioning Innovatech as the 2026 industry pioneer
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience leading high-stakes transformation initiatives in dynamic markets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies required
