Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and long-term innovation pipelines across our AI, biotech, and sustainable tech divisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI evolution, climate tech adoption, biotech breakthroughs) to forecast industry impacts by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps with quantifiable KPIs for 5-year horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future intelligence into product roadmaps
- Produce executive-level trend reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Advain on ethical implications of disruptive technologies and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of developing scenario planning methodologies for Fortune 500
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to visualize complex futures
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Futures Wheel, Delphi Technique)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future trend analyses or strategic frameworks
