Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Create innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Produce executive-grade trend reports with actionable recommendations
- Monitor horizon scanning systems to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Advise on ethical implications of technological advancements in strategic planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
